Welcome to Kudos! App. By using our services, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Kudos! App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you are not authorized to use or access our services.
2. Description of Service
Kudos! App provides a platform to give and track kudos within your Slack workspace. The service includes features for sending and tallying kudos among team members.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the information we collect from you.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Kudos! App. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use any intellectual property owned by Kudos! App.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kudos! App, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
9. Free Beta/Alpha Usage
The Kudos! App is currently free to use during its beta/alpha testing phase. We reserve the right to introduce subscription fees or other charges once the app moves out of the beta/alpha phase.
